This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. By accessing or using the services provided by Drything Technology, you are entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

1. Scope of Services

These Terms of Service strictly govern your access and utilization of the digital products engineered and distributed by Drything Technology, expressly including, but not limited to:

• Worktrack (formerly PunchPic): An enterprise-grade attendance and location-verification utility.
• SinePathshala: An educational application delivering structured academic content.
• Dev Desk: An administrative or development utility tool provided directly by Drything Technology.

2. User Obligations & Restrictions

As a condition of using our services, you formally agree that you shall not:

• Host, display, upload, modify, or transmit any information that infringes upon any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights as outlined under Indian intellectual property statutes.
• Execute reverse engineering, decompilation, or unauthorized penetration testing against any Drything Technology architectures (including Android APKs and associated APIs).
• Utilize the products for any purpose deemed unlawful under the prevailing laws of the Republic of India.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, UI/UX designs (including Jetpack Compose implementations), algorithms, logos, and business processes associated with Drything Technology, Worktrack, SinePathshala, and Dev Desk are the exclusive, legally protected property of Drything Technology. Unauthorized reproduction constitutes a strict violation of the Copyright Act, 1957.

4. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The applications and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" statutory basis without any express or implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Drything Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from operational failures, connectivity issues, or third-party service disruptions.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in absolute accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings, disputes, or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
